Reset gopro 3+ wifi password without computer

Help request - Bought used GP3+ how do I update wifi without SD card reader? So I bought a hero 3+ black used and it has a password set for the wifi - not sure what that password is. I went to the go pro site and downloaded the manual update but it says I need an SD card reader to upload it to the camera.. anyway I can place the update on there another way? SOLVED: I am used to using a hero 3
