I can't seem to activate the fingerprint function to log into apps while at the same time having the passcode (on my iphone 5s) turned off. In other words, I don't want/need to use a passcode or fingerprint to access my phone, but want to utilize the fingerprint function when logging into apps rather than having to type in my password.
